Amber Qu (aqukay) is an illustrator and visual designer currently studying Game Design at New York University with a focus in design and how that translates to a strong visual identity.
Amber has always been fascinated with digital aesthetics and interactive media arts. Striking a balance between energy and professionalism which intertwines art, culture, innovation, and technology. She enjoys collaborating with other disciplines to seek new perspectives and incorporate them into her work as she explores the limits of visual development, user interactive experience, and illustration.
She has worked on the rebranding of 370J Media Commons, a virtual production studio. She has a hand in creating the brand identity, social media marketing graphics, and promotional merchandise in addition to designing their friendly mascot, Mini Commons.
Currently, she is working on releasing a 3D third-person souls-like shooter game, Hightower.
